Thursday, March 1st at 7pm, staff from Picacho will be at Cosmos in La Mesa to meet with Friends4Picacho. This will be our second meeting and hopefully a good chance to learn where Picacho stands in the "Park Closure" plan (if there is one). Please come if you're interested in helping save our desert/river playground and nature wonderland.

I plan to be at the March 1 meeting. I have led hundreds of people through this area since 2001...mostly YMCA groups.
